Terms of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms”) define the conditions under which Welwitech Trading FZ-LLC, registered under number CWEP5711, with its registered office at Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter “Welwitech”), markets subscriptions to the Settyn SaaS platform. Any subscription to a plan implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 – Pricing
Subscription prices are stated in euros (EUR), excluding any applicable taxes. The applicable rates are as follows:
- Starter: 97 €/month
- Growth: 247 €/month
- Scale: 497 €/month
Welwitech reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Any price change will be communicated to the user at least 30 days before it takes effect. The new price will apply at the next renewal of the subscription.
Article 3 – Payment
Subscription payments are made by credit card through our secure payment providers Whop and Stripe (PCI DSS certified). Welwitech does not store any credit card data.
Payment is due upon subscription, then on each renewal anniversary date. In the event of a payment failure, Welwitech reserves the right to suspend access to the Service after a 7-day grace period.
Article 4 – Subscription and renewal
Subscriptions are taken out for a one-month term and are automatically renewed at each monthly due date, unless previously terminated by the user.
The user may change their subscription plan (upgrade or downgrade) at any time from their account settings. In the event of an upgrade, the price difference is billed on a pro rata basis. In the event of a downgrade, the new price applies at the next billing cycle.
Article 5 – Termination
The user may terminate their subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting support at the address support@settyn.com.
Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The user retains access to the Service until that date. No pro rata refund will be made for the remaining period.
Article 6 – Free trial and refund
Each subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. During these 7 days, the user can cancel at any time, in one click and at no cost: no amount is charged.
At the end of the 7-day free trial, and unless cancelled during the trial, the user is automatically charged for the chosen monthly subscription.
After this first charge, the user can cancel at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, which has already been paid: no refund is issued for that period, but the user keeps full access to the Service until it ends.
Article 7 – Liability
Welwitech undertakes to provide the Service with due diligence. The Service is provided “as is” and Welwitech cannot guarantee operation free from any interruption or error.
In any event, Welwitech's total liability under this contract is limited to the amount of the sums paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the triggering event.
Welwitech cannot be held liable for indirect damages, including loss of revenue, profits, customers or data.
Article 8 – Personal data and data processing
As part of the performance of the Service, Welwitech is required to process personal data as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. The user, as data controller, authorizes Welwitech to call upon the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy.
The content of private messages processed by the AI as part of the service (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram) is transmitted to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) solely to generate conversational responses. This data is not used to train AI models.
Welwitech undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. For any further information on data processing, please consult our Privacy Policy.
Article 9 – Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah (UAE).
