Terms of Use

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) are intended to define the terms and conditions of use of the Settyn SaaS platform (hereinafter “the Service”), published by Welwitech Trading FZ-LLC, registered under number CWEP5711, with its registered office at Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter “Welwitech”). By accessing the Service or creating an account, the user unreservedly accepts these Terms.

Article 2 – Registration

Access to the Service requires the creation of a user account. The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.

The user must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to subscribe to the Service. Registration is reserved for professionals acting in the course of their commercial activity.

Article 3 – Description of services

Settyn is a SaaS platform for AI-automated setting. The Service notably allows:

• Automation of DM conversations (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) using advanced conversational AI.
• Automatic qualification and scoring of leads.
• Automated appointment booking via Calendly or GoHighLevel integration.
• Performance tracking through a real-time dashboard.

The Service is accessible by monthly subscription according to the plans offered (Starter, Growth, Scale). Available features depend on the subscribed plan.

Article 4 – Liabilities

User's liability: The user is solely responsible for the content of the sales scripts they configure in the AI, as well as for the messages sent by the AI on their behalf. They undertake to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and with these Terms.

Welwitech's liability: Welwitech undertakes to provide the Service with due diligence and in accordance with industry standards. The Service is provided “as is”. Welwitech does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the Service.

Article 5 – Intellectual property

All elements making up the Service (code, design, trademarks, logos, texts) are the exclusive property of Welwitech or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or exploitation is prohibited.

The user retains ownership of their data and content uploaded to the Service. They grant Welwitech a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Article 6 – Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Welwitech undertakes to process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

Article 7 – Termination

The user may terminate their subscription at any time from their account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Welwitech reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these Terms, without notice or compensation. In the event of termination, the user may request the export of their data within 30 days.

Article 8 – Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), unless otherwise provided by law.
