Can I pay monthly or annually?▾
Both options are available. The monthly subscription is commitment-free. The annual subscription saves you 2 months (about ~17% off). You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
How does the free trial work?▾
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial: you test Settyn without paying and you can cancel in 1 click, no commitment. No card is charged before the trial ends.
Can I change plans at any time?▾
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. The amount is prorated.
What happens if I exceed my message quota?▾
You'll be notified at 80% and 100% of your quota. Beyond your limit, each additional message is billed 0.05 EUR. You can also upgrade your plan to raise your limit. No service interruption: your conversations keep running without any cutoff.
Do you offer an Enterprise plan?▾
Yes. The Enterprise plan comes in 3 tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale) with annual billing — 2 months free compared to monthly. Each seat gets its own AI persona and the knowledge base is shareable across all seats. Pricing is quote-based depending on the number of seats: get in touch and we'll set everything up with you.
